Diane Pienta-Lett, Director of Financial Aid at 妻友社区, was recently honored with the prestigious Arthur E. Richmond Distinguished Service Award by the New Jersey Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NJASFAA) at its spring conference at Brookdale Community College.
The Arthur E. Richmond Distinguished Service Award is given annually to an individual who has made significant contributions to the field of financial aid through active involvement in NJASFAA. Named in honor of Arthur E. Richmond鈥攍ongtime Director of Financial Aid at Rutgers University and a founding figure in NJASFAA鈥攖he award celebrates those who embody his legacy of mentorship, service, and professional excellence.
With over 45 years of dedicated service in financial aid, Diane has consistently gone above and beyond to support students, their families, and her colleagues. Known for her warmth and compassion, she has been a driving force in helping students achieve their educational goals.

Throughout her career, Diane has served NJASFAA in multiple leadership roles, including Treasurer and Vice President, and has contributed to numerous committees. Notably, she volunteered for the Non-Traditional Student Committee, ensuring that the unique needs of non-traditional students were addressed and represented.
